Jacqui Everitt F.B.T.D.A. A.R.A.D L.I.S.T.D. Dipl
Miss Jacqui has forty-four years of experience within the industry. She has been principal of EDA for twenty-six years and has thirty-three years of teaching experience. She trained at Bush Davies and undertook various commercial work prior to starting EDA. Miss Jacqui has travelled the world in her role as an examiner for British Theatre Dance Association and has examined in several countries including Dubai, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain Cyprus and Ireland. She enjoys teaching and nurtures the children with the belief that every individual is different. She is always sad to say goodbye to her students but whether they are leaving us to go into the industry or to pastures new they do so as confident young people.
Karen Rolfe - Student Teacher
As a fellow student of EDA Karen has undertaken examinations in modern. tap, lyrical and ballet. She has recently qualified as a pre-school dance teacher under the awarding body of Disco Duck. Disco Duck is a pre-school dance programme recognised by the EYFS and Karen is very much looking forward to this new venture
Darren Cullender - Street Teacher
Darren has previously trained in all core and classical subjects at EDA and now brings his creativity and experience into the urban and street classes he teaches
Reegan Rolfe - Student Teacher
Reegan has been dancing with EDA since the age of seven and has obtained all of her graded and vocational qualifications up to and including Advanced Two with BTDA in all subjects. Having completed her three years at Leicester college of performing arts and obtaining her Trinity Diploma, Reegan is now juggling between commercial work and assists Miss Jacqui in all teaching capacities in her free time.
Alan Blackholly - Photographer
Alan is our in-house photographer and takes all of the photographs at our shows and festivals. He also does our promotional and agency shoots when required and we have built up a very close working relationship over the past two decades
Jo Webster - Administrator
Jo works from the Reception area of the studio and is usually the first person you will see as you enter the studio.
Kelly Collins - Accounts and Registration
Kelly co-ordinates all fund raising accounts and fees within the school. Examination processing and submission for the dance school and an active role with submission of those children called for castings via the agency.
